• The tables below on this page show the tuition fees per lesson week per learner.
• All lessons are sessions of (at least) 60 minutes each. However, 10 to 15 minutes for review/questions are added at the end of each session when required (at no extra charge). Please check the lesson schedules on the "Weekly Lesson Slots" table, which indicate specific starting and finishing times, as well as the latest "Lesson Terms" table.

• *At LEVELs 1a, 1b and 1c (INTRODUCTION, BEGINNER and UPPER BEGINNER LEVELS, respectively) courses, all study material used during the lessons is included in the fees. There are no additional charges for textbooks, photocopy hand-outs etc. Although it is strongly recommended to learners to purchase a dictionary, grammar books, workbooks etc., for self-study, these are not compulsory.
• A once-off, non-refundable registration fee as well as annual learner fee must be paid prior to the first lesson by each (new) learner.
• The fees indicated on this page are for learners who are able to participate in a minimum of 10 lessons during each lesson term. Each learner is expected to book and attend at least 10 lessons per lesson term. - Once every week.
• All payments are either accepted in cash or, alternatively, can be deposited into the bank account shown on the termly "Account Statement" (NO cheques/cash cheques or credit cards). Please note that, when accounts are settled, all bank deposits/transaction fees, if/when incurred, are the payer's responsibility and not the liability of the recipient.
• Fees are reviewed approximately every 6 months.

Cancellation Policy

• A cancellation must be requested and informed to the tutor via an e-mail or a mobile phone text message at least 24 hours before the time of the lesson slot.
• In principle, once a learner places lesson bookings by writing his/her name directly onto the booking board when attending lessons, the learner is liable to settle the full amount of the account by the date at which the next "Account Statement" is issued for the following term. (Please check the latest "Lesson Terms" table.)
• Learners may swap with each other's lesson slots to avoid cancellations as long as they occur within the same lesson term period and the arrangement is informed to the tutor at least one week before the date of the swapped slots. The school is not responsible for such arrangements and they need to be made based on the learners' own discretion and mutual agreement. In a similar fashion and under the same conditions, learners may give away a slot to another learner as a gift instead of just giving it up entirely.
• When a cancellation is requested by a learner, the school reserves the sole right to judge whether or not the reason for the cancellation is worthy of a lesson fee reimbursement. When a tutor requests cancellation for personal reasons or our school requests cancellation for any reason, the full amount for the cancelled lesson slots will be refunded during the following term.
• In the event that a learner fails to arrive at his/her booked lesson slot within 20 minutes of the starting time, such slot will be treated as cancelled and the learner will remain liable for the lesson fee.
